For years, I sent motivating and encouraging greeting cards to friends and family—but I couldn’t find messages that really said what I needed them to say. Sure, there were beautiful cards out there, but none that were funny, empowering, inspirational, and just the right mix of sassy and smart-alecky. So, being the smart-ass I am by nature, I created them… introducing NappyXpressionz.

NappyXpressionz is a Black woman–owned greeting card company creating culturally inspired, faith-filled cards that help people celebrate, encourage, comfort, and laugh together. From holidays and encouragement to sympathy and celebration, our cards help people say what they truly mean—let our cards speak for you.

We know smart-asses come in all hues, and we believe everyone matters. That’s why we create cards for same-sex couples, interracial couples, and everyone in between. Life is full of “Hallelujah” moments…and “make you wanna holla, throw up both your hands” moments—and those moments deserve to be acknowledged, celebrated, and remembered.

Because at NappyXpressionz, we believe "everything we do deserves a card!"
OUR CARDS
Duke Ellington warned us that life’s moments "don’t mean a thing if it ain’t got that swing." But it was Marvin Gaye who reminded us those swings can "make us wanna holler and throw up BOTH our hands"—and it’s true. Life doesn’t just swing; it kicks, stomps, and punches too!
At NappyXpressionz, we turn life’s good, bad, and downright ugly moments into seriously cynical, encouraging, and comical cards designed to help us live through them. Because let’s face it—life has its overwhelming moments, no ifs, ands, or buts about it.

We recognize these “rollercoaster” encounters are everyday moments that should be acknowledged, supported, and celebrated—and that’s exactly what we do! Our cards are made to encourage, warn, support, chastise, educate, and bring laughter to your friends and family as they navigate their own overwhelming moments.

TIMELINE
At NappyXpressionz, we know that GOD is LOVE and has a sense of humor, so believe us—we’ve prayed over our content and are committed to expressing and sharing, in tasteful ways, everyone’s stories, experiences, and lifestyles throughout our card collections.

That being said, I am a solo business owner, doing everything except the printing. We pride ourselves on personalized customer service and ask for your patience as we grow and add new cards to our collections.
